The training team within Comino comprises experienced and professional trainers, with an approachable attitude and hands-on delivery of software solutions.
The team's involvement in many of the projects from the early stages, from providing training needs analysis to the production of quality documentation, enables us to support the learning process with a holistic approach.
Each member of the team is able to communicate effectively across the wide-ranging abilities and previous experience of training delegates. This means that each delegate's needs are catered for in a highly skilled and patient manner.

Our help-desk system is based on Comino's EDM and Workflow technology and allows us to respond to and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently, your business requirements always being our foremost consideration. We believe in offering a proactive service through preventative maintenance and regular service-review meetings. Other services, such as database administration and disaster-recovery, are available.
We have built up strong partnerships with our third-party hardware-maintenance suppliers, insisting on the same high level of service as that to which our customers have become accustomed from us.
