The busy market town of Boston in Lincolnshire, dominated by the 271 foot high tower of St Botolph’s Church (the ‘Boston Stump’) is the Head Office location of Longhurst Group, one of the leading housing associations in the East Midlands.
The Longhurst Group comprises of Longhurst Group Ltd (the parent company); Longhurst Housing Association, which has offices in Boston, Lincoln and Nottingham and manage 4,600 properties; East Northamptonshire Housing based in Rushden manages 4,294 properties, and more recently Havelok Housing Association.
Longhurst HA and East Northamptonshire Housing have both recently implemented Comino’s Universal Housing IT systems to not only deliver required improvements in service delivery, but also to enable them to achieve operating efficiencies across the Group.
