One Form for Fife!

Fife Housing Register (FHR) is a new way of applying for affordable rented housing in Fife. Until now, those looking for housing would have to approach each landlord individually. FHR makes it possible to complete a single application and be considered by all partners. At the moment the FHR partners are Fife Council, Fife Special HA, Glen HA, Kingdom HA and Ore Valley HA. The project is currently being rolled out on a phased basis but it is hoped that all partners will be operational with FHR by November 2006.

Manchester City Council signs Comino for over £3million

Manchester City Council has selected Public Sector IT specialist Comino to support the automation of its housing department. The £3.319 million project will include Comino’s Universal Housing suite, transactional (back office) housing, Workflow, Electronic Document Management and Contact Manager.

Portsmouth Housing Association Nose IT - Substantial IT Investment for PHA Group

Portsmouth Housing Association (PHA) chose Red Nose day to sign its new IT contracts with its service providers. As staff were fundraising for Comic Relief by wearing something red on that day, the suppliers all took part including wearing red noses.
