The Consultancy was originally established in 1998 with the objective of assisting organisations maximise the return they obtained from implementing Comino technology.

The Consultancy, part of Performance Improvement, has become a leading supplier of both IS and management consultancy services to the Local Government and RSL sectors. We provide expert advice to over 50 clients.

The Consultancy is staffed by consultants who have a background either in IS and management consultancies, Local Government or RSLs.
