The Business Intelligence team provides Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), transactional and ad hoc reporting tools to the Group's customers.

Reporting through OLAP allows users to analyse the key measurements needed to manage a business. We provide ready to modify data models or cubes based on the Group's products. These can be easily adapted to your requirements.

Data Access and retrieval tools such as Fox Pro Reporter, Computer Associates' IQ Objects/Eureka and Crystal Reports are provided for transactional and other reporting. Data dictionaries have been produced for many of the Group's products.

The Business Intelligence team sells, installs, implements and supports these products and provides training on their use.
