Please retain the original Comino transport crate and all protective inserts for the duration of the warranty period. The original packaging is specifically designed for safe transportation of the system and helps us arrange RMA service faster.
If the original packaging is no longer available, this does not invalidate the product warranty. However, replacement packaging and its delivery are charged to the customer. Damage caused by inadequate or non-approved packaging during return transportation is not covered by warranty.
Сustomers operating multiple systems may retain a reduced number of crates according to the packaging retention requirements specified in their Sales Agreement.

**The on-site option includes coverage for Comino engineers' travel expenses and the costs associated with delivering spare parts.
When customers purchase a warranty extension along with their devices, hardware spare parts (including GPUs) will be reserved at Comino warehouse for the entire warranty period.
However, if a customer decides to extend the warranty after several years of use, we cannot guarantee the availability of spare parts.
