COMINO AT 4YFN BARCELONA 2026: GOVERNMENT TALKS, ROBOTICS, AND EDGE AI
Comino took part in 4YFN Barcelona 2026, a leading European technology and startup conference at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona. CEO Evgeny Vlasov and Product Director Armand Voskoboynikov represented the company, participating in strategic meetings throughout the event.
Among the key highlights was Comino’s meeting with representatives from the Government of Catalonia. Discussions centered on expanding Comino’s presence in the Spanish market and exploring regional collaboration.
Comino also explored potential collaborations in humanoid robotics, a sector with growing demand for powerful, localized computing. As autonomous systems become more complex, on-site, low-latency AI processing is essential, and Comino’s solutions are well-suited to meet this need.
While Comino is widely recognized for its autonomous workstations and high-performance servers, the company used 4YFN as a platform to highlight its scalable Integration Kit. This solution enables businesses to build mobile data centers and on-premise AI infrastructure tailored for small and medium enterprises.
Demand for edge AI infrastructure is rising due to two main challenges: the high cost and complexity of transmitting large data volumes to remote centers, and stricter data security and sovereignty requirements that make local processing essential.
Comino’s Integration Kit addresses these challenges by allowing companies to host sovereign AI environments and train custom models on-premises, maintaining full control over their data without relying on external cloud infrastructure.
"The conversations we had in Barcelona confirm what we see across markets: businesses want AI capabilities close to their operations, with full data control," said Evgeny Vlasov, CEO of Comino. "We are building the infrastructure that makes that possible - and the interest from both government and industry partners at 4YFN reinforces that we are moving in the right direction."
